Toddler Program Ages 2-3

Young Phoenix Academy’s Toddler Program is set in an interactive classroom environment that provides children aged two to three with hands-on learning opportunities that educate through experience.

Our toddler classroom features free-flowing learning areas, dramatic play and home corner, construction tables, abundant resources, art and craft space, a designated mealtime area, and a separate outdoor play area.

Learning in our toddler classroom focuses on providing children with opportunities to learn through play-based, open-ended, and structured learning experiences.

Key learning areas focus on physical development, independence skills, early literacy and numeracy skills, communication and social skills, problem solving, emotional regulation, toilet training, and sensory exploration.

The goal of the Toddler Program is to provide children with a complete academics and wellbeing program that progressively builds children’s learning confidence and competence in all areas of social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Fees for our Toddler Program are $105 per day before the Child Care Subsidy is applied. Nutritious meals are included in our daily fees. To learn more, enquire today.

Sensory Exploration

Children refine their senses, classification skills, and understanding of their world through sensory exploration.

Wellbeing

Children practice self-help skills, learn about nutrition and the body, and participate in daily wellbeing activities.

Open Ended Experiences

Play and open-ended experiences encourage children’s learning confidence, curiosity, and problem solving.

Structured Learning

Our team actively involve children in individual and group learning experiences that are centred on children’s needs and interests.
