The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a government payment that reduces families out-of-pocket costs for childcare. Each family’s Child Care Subsidy covers a percentage of their childcare centre’s daily fees. Young Phoenix Academy is registered for CCS. If you’re new to childcare, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.

Your child’s first day at Young Phoenix Academy is an exciting new experience; however, it is common for children and adults to feel uncertain. Every child is different and takes a different period of time to settle in. We encourage families to follow the below tips to make the first day as smooth as possible. Our team is here to support you and your child throughout the transition process as we begin this exciting journey together.

Our Nutritious Menu

Young Phoenix Academy is a catered childcare service in Menai that provides children with a nutritious morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and late snack each day.  We offer a six-week rotating menu that contains food from the five food groups recommended by the Australian Dietary Guidelines.
